Cherokee Probation Services was established on May 1, 2019. This Department provides probation and pre-trial diversion supervision services to misdemeanor offenders sentenced out of Cherokee County State Court, Cherokee County Magistrate Court, Cherokee County Office of the Solicitor General, and Cherokee County Office of the District Attorney.
